Ignored at drive-thru late at night (for 8 solid minutes). Went indoors, ignored still by 2 employees for another 4 minutes as the only customer at that hour yet another vehicle came through the drive-thru and was greeted immediately. Very disappointed as a regular at Tim's as well as from the response from Head Office.
