  Went there with my kids placed an order to find out they don't take Amex at this location. All the other Bk's we went to takes amex. That sucks.

  Visited this location twice over the weekend. We haven't had a burger king for quite some time now. Wanted to see if it could live up to it's standards. So I thought I would do a full break down of Service, Food and overall review. So firstly I am going to start with service. Service: No matter when you go there will always be a line up at this location. However some of the staff are able to work quickly and efficiently compared to some of the other staff, which honestly slows down the rest of the crew. The managers at this location are doing a outstanding job currently. Food: The food was excellent, burgers were to die for. Never thought I would miss burgers like this. However some other items I had tried on the menu weren't the best but I will not review those because it's just personal preference. Overall the food was lovely, it was warm with that grill like after taste on the burger. Overall: Store is alright. However it's messy, tables and floor looked like they haven't been cleaned since opening, along with the garbages all overfilled with garbage and plates. Now when you come to eat somewhere presentation is always key. If they have no time to clean store front, I hope the kitchen looks in better shape. Going to revisit this location from time to time.   My family was looking forward to enjoying Burger King. We drove all the way across town, ordered our food, drove all the way home and discovered that what was supposed to be two hamburgers with just ketchup was one with everything and one with just mustard. I drove all the way back, waited ten minutes in line, and explained my issue. The girl at the drive thru apologized, blaming the "new staff training in the kitchen" and replaced the burgers. I drove all the way home to discover the person they were intended for had gone for a nap, so I put her food in the fridge. Later, when she got up and went to reheat her burgers we discovered two CHEESEburgers. One with just ketchup. The other with ketchup and pickles. Is it really so difficult to NOT put other toppings on a burger?
