There's one graveyard shift "worker" who has the absolute worst customer service possible (sadly tainting my review for the good staff at this location). I am only able to drink decaf (irrelevant as I should be able to order an item offered) and have lost count on the amount of times she has told me there isn't any. I always politely say, "no problem, I do not mind waiting" which turns into quite the ordeal and an absurdly rude attitude from someone in the customer service industry. I could write much more on these experiences but now opt to go out if my way to skip this location, it's just not worth the hassle to get a cup of coffee that should already be prepared.
