  Overpriced everything. Prepared food is no better than your regular grocery store. Fresh fruits and veggies are so overpriced it's a rip off. Quiche is bland, mostly eggs with barely any fillings. Bagels are good, bread is OK. So many preservatives/junk ingredients in prepared sauces and soups might as well buy something cheaper from the regular grocery store. They pretend to be a market with fresh foods and yet they are no better than Superstore/Metro. Save your money. Wish Sarnia had a real market, not this overpriced excuse for a "market".

  Quality produce and meats. Baked in store breads and desserts. Sells fresh pastas and sauces from a local restaurant. Ready made meals and lunches. Great deli counter with pre- wrapped meats for faster service. Made fresh soups available also.Prices are high but A+ service and quality.
