  Just had my wedding may 27,2017 we booked last mintue with copper kettle at the beginning of May as we had issues with another company. I delt with Carissa and she was able to make me an appointment to come in and look at the show room to start planning, we only had two weeks to decide on what we wanted done and to pay the amount up front so it was very important to either call or email back and forth with quotes and ideas. Carissa always called or emailed back right away. The Dante club Is where we got married and had our reception, they decorated the hall exactly the way we wanted with such short notice! Super pleased with the turn out and how polite and professional they were.

  One star is one star TOO MANY! Copper Kettle Catering in Sarnia and London has got to be the worst company to deal with. Do not waste your time with them. We had CKC cater our wedding including tent, all rentals, catering and bar service. Our bill was well over 23k. As soon as we paid our bill, we ceased to matter to this company. The worst part of our experience - they didn't put our late night supper out at our wedding. The late night was supposed to be hot dog sliders. CKC cooked the hot dogs knowing that the buns had been sent back to the warehouse (an hour away) and they had no condiments. My sister asked the coordinator where the buns and condiments are - she answered with we could grab ketchup from our own kitchen and dip our bun-less hot dogs in it. WTF! What kind of catering company does that?! After this, we asked for a refund of our money in which they agreed both verbally and in email. After eight weeks of emailing Dan (president) without any response, we've finally given up. Copper Kettle still owes us $900.00. I cannot stress enough - do NOT use Copper Kettle. They are terrible, terrible people to work with. Terrible.
